Challenge yourself and CHANGE your body! This class will teach you how Cadence, Resistance and Body Position will get you to a new level in your workout.
HIIT CLASSES
High Intensity Interval Training is a technique where you give an all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, active recovery periods. Keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
RIDE AND SHINE
Early morning classes to get your day started! You will start with a great warmup to get into your cardio zone and stay there even when you hit a few hills.
CYCLE MASHUP
This class is great for everyone! It will put you on some flat rails, mixed terrain and hills.
